The project, approved for implementation in six secondary schools across Traditional Authorities (T/As) Zilakoma, Malanda, Fukamapiri, and Sub T/A Chiweyu, targets areas identified as SRHR hot spots with high rates of teenage pregnancies. The initiative seeks to improve youth sexual and reproductive health and rights in the district.

The INSPIRE Project is made possible with funding from AmplifyChange, a key partner in promoting youth SRHR in Malawi. The project will provide a comprehensive sexuality education, promote youth-friendly health services, and empower young people to make informed decisions about their health. It is expected to have a significant impact on the lives of young people in NKhata-Bay District, reducing teenage pregnancies and promoting health behaviours.
