TERMS OF REFERENCE TO CONDUCT RESEARCH ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL LAND LAWS IN INKOSANA MWABA JERE
Ungweru organisation with funding from government of Canada through the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives is implementing the Protecting women and girls customary land rights through empowerment, advocacy and capacity building in Inkosana Mwamba Jere in Mpherembe. The organisation and the stakeholders would like to recruit a competent consultant to carry out research in the project area on gaps in the implementation of national land laws (Land Act 2016 and Land policy 2002).
The main goal of this consultancy is to bring out gaps in the implementation of NLP 2002 and LA 2016 in Inkosana Mwamba Jere in mpherembe in Mzimba. Download the terms of reference
