BACKGROUND OF UNGWERU ORGANISATION
Ungweru is a local non-governmental organisation, duly registered in accordance with the laws of Malawi. The organisation is headquarted in Mzuzu city and works with disadvantaged communities across Malawi in various areas, including nutrition and food security, Education, Digitalisation and Youth development, Environmental justice, Health and Wellbeing, and Human rights and Good governance.
The Organisation is seeking to purchase a piece of land measuring 15 to 20 hectares in Emvuyeni, Kaswiti and surrounding areas, Mzimba District.
REQUIREMENTS
Size: Between 15 and 20 hectares
Location: Emvuyeni, Kaswiti, and nearby areas
Ownership: Must have valid lease documents, or customary land certificates
Interested land owners/agents must submit written offers with details on size, location, price, and copies of valid documents (title/ownership documents)
